Sprint Qualifying Results from the Chinese Grand Prix 2024
Round 5 of the 2024 F1 World Championship
The Chinese Grand Prix 2024 saw another exciting Sprint Qualifying session, with Lando Norris of McLaren taking the victory ahead of Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes and Max Verstappen of Red Bull. The session was filled with drama and action, with several drivers making mistakes and crashing out.
Norris started the session in pole position and quickly built up a lead over Hamilton. However, Hamilton was able to close the gap and challenge Norris for the lead. The two drivers battled hard for several laps, with Norris eventually emerging victorious. Verstappen finished third, ahead of teammate Sergio Perez and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc.
The Sprint Qualifying results will set the grid for Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix. Norris will start from pole position, with Hamilton alongside him on the front row. Verstappen will start from third, ahead of Perez and Leclerc.
